i have wre my hat sidewys for years, been to every all good, and even taken my son to one of them. It's people like you that don't deserve to even write a review. So take your stereotypes somewhere else!I had a blast!

Subject: Here for the music
This show was an experience of its own. The vibe and chemistry of this set was unreal. The rain seemed to be a highlight of the show. i dont know if it was because sci is sick or that the stage was melting, but the rain was cool as hell. regardless of other weathered factors, the music was insane. so stop being a pussy, they are just hats. I dont know how anyone could say this wasnt a good show, i mean outside inside to shine to texas for an encore?? nuts to say the least

Subject: the best
after seeing cheese countless times, this is by far one of my favorite shows, ring of fire was a religious experience.Despite the rain and all MArvins mountaintop is probably one of the greatest venues of all time (on the east coast anyhow)

Subject: enough
enough with the bullshit people...lets focus on the music...thats what this site is about and definatly what the festival is about...so enough with the horseshit and lets keep the good vibes of the shows and music going..this was a great show despite all the rain...and a great texas ending..

Subject: What a rainy set!
I am starting to get used to the Cheese in the rain - I saw them in Stanhope, NJ when it was pouring, too. The last time I was at All Good it poured as well, back when it was in Spotsylvania. So you can imagine my surprise at how big All Good has gotten since then. It's cool, though. The music volume is low for this set, but you can hear the rain just pouring, which sounds neat. It may bring back the memories of the fellow All Gooders!

allgood was actually much less ghetto this year... definately more of a family feel imo. And family vibes don't have anything to do with the way people are wearing their hats. You wanna start saying who can and can't come to shows... pulleeeeease...how pretentious is that? do the sideways wearing hat folks have anything to do witht the junk and bunk going around festies these days? i don't know, i kinda doubt it.
As for this show, I felt that it couldve been much better. I just wasn't feeling it from sci.

Subject: All Good
If you wear your hat sideways (or carry around a boombox at festivals), stop going to cheese shows - you know who you are!!! You have turned All Good into a ghetto festival!!!
Anyway, this was perhaps the best cheese show of this tour - great Texas jam, great Come As You Are jam, and Vince was a nice surprise.
p.s. No, they did Will It Go Round in Circles at Red Rocks.

re: Apparently, the reviewer below me wasn't at all good the last two years. Last year, somebody was stabbed. So lets review, sideways hats, boomboxes, stabbings - I'd say that's what you'd find in most ghettos. Can't speak for anybody else, but I usually prefer not to hang out in the ghetto. Anyway, I realize that many of these kids (as well as many people living in ghettos) are cool, good-hearted people. It's just hard to differentiate between the good and the shady - so it seems the growing opinion amongst most hippies i know (or have talked to), is just stay away from the sideways hats and the boomboxes (and of course, the stabbings).

Subject: Good Show
I Love The Rain. Good cheese show. The reason Im writing a review is to tell the fashon police below me to shut up. People can dress however they want this is AMERICA remember? Maby if you took the time to talk to some of these "ghetto" people you might actually find that they are reasonable people. Its stuck up people like you who make enemies based on what they look like that destroy the atmosphere of festivals. Be more accepting and enjoy the music!! THAT is what festivals are all about!

Notes

-HEAVY rain starts up at about 11 minutes into the show, so I put my umbrella pretty close to the mics to make sure they were well protected. You can hear the rain on the umbrella, but the rain lasted under 10 minutes anyway.
- * w/ Ulises Bella on saxophone, Asdrubal Sierra on trumpet, and Sheffer Bruton on trombone (the Ozomatli horns)
-Tiny bit of clipping in the left channel during the "burns, burns, burns" part of Ring of Fire, sorry.
- ^ w/ Vince Herman on guitar and vocals
-no fade between discs so they can be joined seamlessly on longer media

*Thanks to SCI for allowing taping. Please support them by going to their shows and by buying their merchandise!*
